About Wellness Creek Therapy

Most people who come to us have already been struggling for a while. They've Googled their symptoms, talked to friends, maybe tried to push through on their own. By the time they reach out to us, they're ready for something real.

That's exactly what we offer.

Wellness Creek Therapy was built on the belief that quality mental health care should feel accessible — not intimidating, not sterile, and never like a transaction. Our therapists are not only highly trained, they're genuinely invested in you. They'll remember the details of your life, push you when you need it, and hold space when you don't.

We work with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of challenges — from everyday stress and anxiety to complex trauma, relationship breakdown, and major life transitions. Whatever brings you here, you won't be handed a generic plan. You'll be truly heard.

Meet Your Therapist

Wellness Creek is built around one simple idea: you deserve someone who genuinely shows up for you — not a rotating roster, not a stranger every session.

"Healing is not a destination — it's a return to yourself."

Sindi holds a Master of Social Work from Carleton University and brings clinical experience across hospital settings — supporting people through grief, loss, and life-altering diagnoses — and private practice work with trauma survivors and refugee communities. She practices trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and believes that your background, identity, and lived experience are central to how healing happens.
